1. Website information

Content is provided for general education and information. It does not guarantee that any scam, cyberattack, or loss can be prevented.

2. Scope of services

Any checkup, review, or awareness session is limited to the scope agreed in writing before work begins. A basic security checkup is not a penetration test, forensic investigation, compliance certification, legal opinion, or managed security service unless separately agreed and appropriately provided.

3. Permission and customer responsibility

Work involving accounts, devices, networks, or business systems should only begin after the customer has authority over them and has provided clear written permission. Customers remain responsible for their accounts, backups, business decisions, and implementing recommendations.

4. Credentials and payment safety

AwareFort should never need a customer's UPI PIN, OTP, banking password, or recovery codes. Do not submit such information through this website or share it during an enquiry.

5. No absolute guarantee

Cybersecurity measures can reduce risk but cannot eliminate every threat. Recommendations reflect the agreed scope and information available at the time of the engagement.

6. Enquiries and engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service contract or guarantee availability. Scope, price, scheduling, deliverables, confidentiality, and other terms should be agreed separately before work begins.
